PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our project managers are dedicated to overseeing the process from maintaining the budget and timelines to coordinating the delivery of materials and installation teams.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
DIV works with 3rd party carriers to schedule delivery of the materials to coordinate with the installation schedule. We will oversee daily production to ensure deadlines are being met and once on-site teams are finished, we can confirm the final layout/staging.
